Gift a tree

 The Hawthorndale Care Village represents a new age of care – especially for those living with dementia. We know there are so many people who would have benefited from our care model but never had the chance.

We want to honour these people by creating a peaceful and calm space, by way of planting trees in the village. Even if loved ones are no longer with us, generations can still be part of the legacy of this new model of care.
